經濟不景氣,大筆開銷不見得人人花得起,反觀餐飲業營業額連年創新高,因為台灣人追求新鮮感,也讓餐飲業改變經營策略,像是展圓集團旗下的麻布茶房以往大量拓點,現在業者改開韓式料理,增加品牌數,吸引消費者上門。
